SparkOffer provides a PropTech process that offers an all-inclusive, secure and transparent means for home buyers to interact directly with sellers. While most other PropTech entities are focused on allowing buyers to view online listings, SparkOffer users can interact and make binding offers, with or without the assistance of a buyer’s agent. Buyers can walk through a simple offer process, use a credit card for the identity verification and sign their offer agreement from any device. Sellers receive immediate text and email notification of their offers. In addition to buyers having the power to write binding offers, all parties will have access to a private and confidential dashboard. Users will be able to monitor the status of their offers and whether other offers have been submitted.
