Smart Cast

The SMART CAST process profoundly reforms the current manufacturing process and makes it possible to overcome many constraining tasks by industrializing them judiciously. The product is a lost formwork panel made from an innovative composite material. The SMART CAST plates are printed, machined on both sides and integrate all the useful data to 5 trades before and after pouring the reinforced concrete slab. The plates are delivered numbered, precut to the dimensions of the building. These are set up on site thanks to a locating plan and thus allow to reconstitute the plan of the building on the real scale serving as installation template of the networks incorporated on the formwork area.
