Seso Global - the Zillow of Africa. We work with over 150+ vetted property developers and property owners in Ghana and Nigeria assisting them in verifying their documents and selling their residential property units. Seso Global is partnering with the Ga-Dangme Lands Administration (GDLA), a traditional NGO based in Ghana, that exists to enhance proper records keeping and management of land. GDLA’s administrative duties include processing and endorsing Ga-Dangme Traditional Area lands before registration at the Lands Commission of Ghana to avoid future land transaction confusions, disputes and litigation. Moreover, Seso Global, as a property technology company has developed a world class blockchain-based land registry platform that will be utilized by GDLA for the Traditional authorities and families. The outcome of this project would be transformational in alleviating land disputes, and harness equitable and inclusive economic growth and development in multiple sectors including but not limited to agriculture and real estate.
