Rental4me was born as a project that seeks to build a new way of doing business between tenants and property tenants. We seek to establish a new level of trust throughout the lease process, providing security, avoiding conflicts, friction, unnecessary costs and intermediaries. Currently the lease processes are very informal and with great lack of transparency. Our solution proposes the development of a system that provides benefits to all the actors that are part of the life cycle of a lease. From the verification of the identity of the owner and the existence of the property, an efficient model of safekeeping of the guarantees, and a system of intelligent contracts that protects the compliance of clauses and eliminates intermediaries.
