Renta Corporación is a real estate group specialized in the acquisition, rehabilitation and sale of real estate located in large urban centers, especially in the cities of Madrid and Barcelona. It is the only Spanish property company quoted practically without debt, with a fully restructured and efficient operating structure that since 2003 has analyzed more than 7,000 buildings and executed more than 1,500 operations with an investment of 2,500 million euros. Renta Corporación is listed on the Spanish stock exchange since April 2006.
