Once you become a Proplend Lender you gain immediate access to all available Loan Investments, including all supporting loan documents. You are in control and you select your investments based on: property type, location, interest rate, loan term and size. Funding your Lender Account is simple and after transferring the minimum 5,000 pounds you are ready to invest and earn! Your Lender Dashboard lets you monitor all In Funding Loan Investments and those listed on the PLE; allowing you to build a diversified portfolio. You receive monthly income payments direct to your Lender Account and at the end of the loan term you are free to withdraw or re-invest the capital.
