Our quick and straightforward agreements act as reservation/ exclusivity agreements and are pledged with a refundable deposit from £1000 up to £10,000 which is held in Escrow. The homebuying and selling process has become very stressful and is prone to delays, timewasting and a high rate of transactions falling through. Whilst the way to find a property via the internet has improved for the better the buying process is still the same as it was 30 years ago. Taking these two factors into account, we have created Property Pledge, an online platform where buyers and sellers can have more trust in each other.
