placeUP was created to enhance, share and re-inhabit places otherwise destined for oblivion. We are convinced that an adequate enhancement of disused properties allows showing the potential of that inert heritage to those who are looking for places to live. We believe that stimulating the creation of collective interaction processes and new forms of cooperation between individuals can give life to an innovative tool, capable of pooling resources to finance together with the recovery and reactivation of properties of often inaccessible value.
