KB Inversion Limited

We have been working on a planning technology software that significantly reduces planning risk, speeds up the acquisition process and increases investor returns via the mapping software. In a nutshell, KB Inversion Limited is a prop-tech strategic land promoter/buyer with an algorithm that selects sites on the likelihood of obtaining planning and pre-considers the various factors at play to eliminate planning risk, evolving to each council zone and local plan. We have also considered taking the technology to other countries due to the ability to distrupt the land market so quickly. We are looking for £1.4M of investment, plus funding lines for the purchase of sites. We will also implement a subscription model for additional income.
