ilke Homes manufactures fully finished homes within our purpose-built UK-based factory, which can then be transported and installed onsite within a couple of days, all at build costs similar to or below traditional methods. Using our fully accredited (NHBC, building regs, etc.) homes, projects can be delivered faster, saving further on preliminaries, finance and management costs, as well as allowing developers to move on to their next project sooner. Internal fixtures and finishes can be customised to desired specifications and budgets.
