iDossy

iDossy is the first PropTech that permits to crate real estate investment documents within few minutes thanks to the application of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. It permits to create real estate dossiers for all types of assets: residential, commercial and industrial assets. The user has to register and introduce basic information: address, description, asking price, estimated rent and upload photos/floor plans. The software creates the dossier which can be downloaded in various languages at the same time. I calculates purchase costs/taxes and estimates yield. It also includes information about the area/neighborhood (distances, points of interest and public transport). The information about the asset included is automatically, as for example, year of the building, surface area, floor distribution and so on. The system brings in the economic and demographic information in the city and neighborhood where the asset is located and is relevant for the investors.
