IC-Meter

The IC-Meter concept gathers all information about a property's indoor climate and energy. An advanced Cloud service analyzes and visualizes the property's actual indoor climate, energy and water consumption as well as local weather data. The homeowner is ensured a comprehensive data basis for documentation of indoor climate, operational monitoring and energy labeling, but also direct integration for monthly settlement and demand-driven ventilation. A professional indoor climate box, measures temperature, relative humidity, CO2, noise and light. Data is uploaded every 5 minutes to Cloud, where indoor climate and energy are analyzed in relation to local weather data. The cloud service builds a model of energy consumption as a result of differences in indoor and outdoor climate as well as the registered activity level. The result is delivered as a continuous operating report, which may include calculated energy label based on actual measurements. The cloud service is built around physical buildings and spaces - the reality of users. All measurements, analyzes and reports are stored with relationships to the customer's 'keys' to buildings, apartments and spaces. This ensures direct integration with the customer's GIS and administration systems. Data belongs to the customer, where APIs ensure simple data exchange to / from meters and external IT systems. This means that the customer is free to choose partners and IT systems. The IC-Meter concept is used especially in teaching rooms, multi-storey dwellings and office buildings.
