Easy management of payments: When you borrow with us, you’ll be able to manage your mortgage payments from our app. You can change what each borrower in the group contributes each month and we can keep you notified of upcoming payments. Track your ownership! We provide accounting services to each borrower through our app, letting you track how your home equity grows over time. Our platform constantly updates the legal ownership of the property based upon your individual contributions to the deposit and mortgage payments. The GroupLadder marketplace: Find a buyer through our platform when you want to sell your share in the property. If your prenup terms allow it, of course.
