Selling your home is complicated, time-consuming and very stressful. Most families find this as one of the most stressful events in their lives and it comes along with a lot of uncertainty in regards to how long a home sale will take. Adding to the uncertainty is the amount of price concessions on your home and high realtor fees. We think the system is old and broken, being unfair towards private home sellers and buyers and favouring professional players like corporate buyers/investors and institutional investors like capital funds.
