DC2O was established in 2018 to ‘bridge the gap’ between Design and Construction to Operation, hence the name DC2O. Our team are highly experienced specialists in operational costs, strategic asset management, facilities management, planning, procurement, contracts, bidding, construction, data analytics, operations, refinancing, secondary markets and insurance. DC2O has developed the YARDSTICK suite of SaaS online tools to give asset owners, consultants and operators the ability to easily calculate life cycle and operational costs. The intention to provide users with a better level of commercial transparency enabling them to make informed decisions, ultimately improving their businesses and increasing the value of their assets.
