Construction Carbon is a carbon scoring and net zero verification tool that allows anyone undertaking a construction project to clearly identify that they have assessed and reduced the impact of their development and offset any residual upfront emissions. We ensure assessments are undertaken using the correct tools and to all relevant industry standards and guidance. We partner with offsetting organisations subscribing to international offsetting standards. We are then able to provide verification for anyone undertaking a construction project to demonstrate and communicate the carbon performance of their development. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, members of the UK Green Building Council and backed by London’s Centre for Climate Change Innovation.
