Captate developed a SaaS called the Captate Tour - a digital tool for building cloud-based 3D virtual tours for digital marketing and presales in CRE. As the tours are cloud-based, they can be shared via a link (like so: https://captate.com/tour2/ ) , they can be experienced cross-device and are thus ideal for multichannel and omnichannel digital campaigns. Unlike any other CGI 3D virtual tours, you don't need annoying goggles, and you can view them online on your browser on your phone. Our initial focus is for the Captate Tour to be used as a branding tool in online campaigns for large Multi-family new developments at the pre-completion stage. Having said that, we are real estate sector agnostic, and any webpage that you see a CGI 3D image, we contend that you could give a better user experience via the Captate Tour. Please note that although we are primarily a SaaS development company, we compliment this by providing any 3D or CGI services to the Real Estate industry.
