BRAVE m&t - Management and Technology is a spin-off of the POLITECNICO DI MILANO founded in 2016. The structure can count on internal resources capable of expressing a particularly high system of skills in the real estate sector. The company's mission is to promote: - an approach that requires in-depth knowledge of the buildings and real estate assets to be managed; - the management of processes and information as factors capable of generating improvements; - the development of innovation and knowledge as a fundamental competitive value. The spin-off is the licensee of a software product (BRaVe - Building Rating Value) created for evaluating the performance of buildings according to a rating scale defined by the Milan Polytechnic. BRaVe mt is subject to periodic checks by the Milan Polytechnic regarding Quality, Commercial Ethics, Compliance with legislation. For this reason the company can be called an independent third party. BRaVe is part of the Real Estate Center (REC) of the Politecnico di Milano.
