Amenti

The Amenti application is a real estate planning tool that enables individual modeling of buildings thanks to the linking of specific data. With just a few clicks, B2B users (beta solution) such as developers, investors and architectural offices can conduct a feasibility study. The building, visualized in 3D, complies with the building regulations, shows living and usable areas and makes clear statements about the profitability of the construction project. There is currently a reduced lite version (mobile or desktop) for private individuals. Amenti AG, founded in July 2018, is based in Zurich. An open financing round will take place in the summer of 2021, which should pave the way for market entry after three years of development.
