Wicomico is an app for REaaS specifically tailored to coliving. The app consists of the following modules: - Bulletin board: Engagement through public communication. - Messaging: Direct messaging between tenants or administrator. - Calendar: Create or join events and involve participants through volunteering. - Booking: Let users book or share resources (guest apartment, electric car, tools, etc.) - Neighbors: An address book, uniquely organized by user or address. - Groups: Let tenants organize in groups around specific interests. - Services: Let tenants subscribe to cleaning or yoga. Or open up to 3rd party vendors. - Facility management: Report incidents and follow tickets via the app. - Files: Share files (manuals, reports, etc.) directly with tenants. - Purchase history: Give tenants a clear overview of their purchases. Collect payment through 3rd party providers. If needed Wicomico comes with an online admin interface that can be used by admins (hosts, facility managers, or financial). The platform can also be styled to reflect your community's brand.
