Viewtek´s work and efforts are adressed in two directions: the real estate developers and their clients. We are focused on giving a powerful selling and management tool to the developers in which they can show a product, verify the availability of a property or even sign a contract. On the other hand, and thinking in the client, our activity concentrates on experiences and emotions in the future property-owners. Our tools/apps always maintain a two-way communication between the user and the RE developer. The first, has updated information on price and availability and the second knows which spaces are the most visited or how long people stays in each of them, among other features.
