Our housemates are hand-picked to ensure house harmony and pay a simple single monthly payment which covers all bills, WiFi and cleaning, making living in an UrbanShared home super simple. All our housemates are given access to a mobile app that allows them to communicate with us, review 'How To' videos, report problems, order additional products and services and even move to another UrbanShared house.
