SUSTONABLE has developed a new revolutionary thin and ultra-light weight building material with the physical look and feel of engineered stone. The mineral fillers (quartz) are agglomerated by recycled thermoplastics not containing organic solvents, resulting in a sustainable affordable and high performance product with looks and feel of natural stone. The product has a high impact resistance and flexural strength and can be produced in very thin (3 to 9 mm) end products. The process is based on a new technology. There is no chemical reaction during the manufacturing process.
