Strata Chat

Property UX develop intelligent digital assistant and communications technology for property that helps property residents and stakeholders communicate and get things done. We work with facilities managers, property developers and owners corporations to increase service quality, reduce cost to serve and create new value for key property stakeholders. Our first commercial product is Strata.chat, a chat-based communications and automated digital assistant platform designed for mid to large sized strata properties. Strata.chat is live in over 2,000 apartments. Property services is set to be transformed by intelligent automated assistant technology accessible via messaging or chat applications (also known as 'chat-bots'). A chatbot is a service, powered by rules and sometimes artificial intelligence, that residents and other property stakeholders interact with via a chat interface. Many property experiences and interactions can be delivered by automated assistants which become more capable with access to property meta-data and content, other property stakeholders, and back-office applications. Property UX is based in Richmond, Melbourne and is backed by Macquarie Bank.
