SmartHab was founded in 2017 in Paris (France) by a team of professionals from the Real Estate and Internet industries. Our goal is to make more people experiencing Smart Buildings. Our mission is to provide Real Estate professionals (RE developers, property managers) with open, flexible and easy-to-integrate Smart Apartment & Smart Building solutions for residential buildings. Our visions is to massify and standardise Smart Home services, taking into account Resilience, Simplicity & Ease of integration. SmartHab transforms residential housing into Smart Apartments. Natively integrated into new buildings or rehab projects with existing buildings, SmartHab provides a customised experience to meet the essential residents’ needs in terms of control, well-being and energy savings. SmartHab solutions are efficiency catalysts for property managers. By integrating connected objects and services into existing apartments, landlords have a new means for boosting efficiency, both in terms of attractiveness and operations.
