By using crowd-funding strategies based on smart contracts, we will develop a platform that brings efficiency and accessibility to a market that has so far been a closed-shop. We firmly believe pulling real estate onto the block chain will definitely be “the next big thing”. No other industry (safe for finance/currency…) has the potential to benefit as hugely from the transparency digital tech brings. Land offices, transparent ownership of assets, investment–– they all would profit vastly from open and democratic procedures.
