Qflow automates data capture and analysis of waste transfers and material deliveries at the push of a button. With Qflow, projects are provided with a complete audit chain of data, from supplier to site, enabling greater transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain. Through automated waste tracking, ensure duty of care requirements are met. Accurately log every material delivery to your construction site, regardless of last minute changes scrawled on paper delivery notes. Use this data to ensure material certifications are met and evaluate supply chain performance to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. This not only saves countless hours reporting, but also reduce the risk of errors going undetected, leading to rework and programme delays. Through data captured by Qflow, teams are able to calculate embodied carbon, and identify opportunities to eliminate waste. For example, by analysing waste movements for one site Qflow identified 98,000kg of potential carbon savings and £96,000 of cost reduction. An extensive carbon reporting tool is in development at Qflow and we hope to roll this out to the industry by next year. Our background is in construction and technology. We have years of experience working in design and build phases, taking learning from our previous engineering and environmental management roles on some of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects, and using this to create new products to help projects achieve excellence in productivity, profitability, and sustainability performance.
