With demand outstripping supply 100:1, this is an acute problem and enormous time-sink for agents. In fact, in the UK alone, agents are wasting around 8 million hours dealing with unqualified leads. Qualifyr is the world's first unified database of current, live occupier requirements. Agents are able to build their own, custom requirements database - hosted in the cloud, stored securely and matched using deep data to their available properties. We source requirements from three sources: 1. From agents' marketing - each agency's marketing links to their secure Qualifyr portal, with every enquiry being automatically converted into detailed data-rich requirements using our unique screening form. 2. From acquisition agents - we host the largest unique database of represented tenants' requirements, listed directly by agents and taken from the web. 3. Directly from tenants - we work directly with some of the most exciting, innovative companies in the UK on their property requirements and have built partnerships with organisations such as KERB and BOXPARK to source them. Qualifyr automatically compiles dynamic, feature-rich interest schedules - instantly and in real time - for each property an agent creates on the platform.
