Projekt Interim

We help property owners with our projects to avoid or bridge vacancies by structuring, organizing and managing temporary uses of commercial and residential properties, shops and entire areas. In doing so, we help them to reduce loss of earnings associated with vacancy, minimize risks and reduce costs. The focus is on properties throughout Switzerland that are in the process of being renovated, refurbished or demolished, or that can not be rented temporarily or permanently or that are not needed. However, temporary use can also be a means to revitalize newly built or renovated properties and thus simplify marketing. With our projects we bridge transition periods from a few months to several years.
