We are a Proptech company founded in the Dominican Republic called Motivus. We are providing wonderful solutions for companies (Real Estate companies and Construction companies) that are working in a traditional way and we provide tow smart services that’s allow our clients to transform their traditional work process to a PropTech process. Our purpose is provide all our knowledge, our love for build and love for the society through two specific solutions based in a PaaS + humane service that allows companies to achieve the digital disruption at the same time they achieve their organizational goals without decreasing sales. The PaaS application was created for us and it has many years of use in our own construction company (other company that we have in Dominican Republic, Panama and Venezuela.... We are builthers with more than 20 years of experiences! ) that’s the reasons we feel and understand the emotions and the technical problems that a construction and REstate company experience when they work without a PropTech (technology) and whitout a PropTech culture.
