Mall IQ is a Location Intelligence Platform, bridging offline & online for payment/banking, retailer, loyalty, e-commerce and telecom companies. We measure purchasing intent of customers in shopping malls and high streets in real-time and make it actionable & insightful with our no hardware indoor location technology by integrating our SDK into payment/banking, retail, loyalty, e-commerce and telecom apps. We're empowering apps who don't have offline customers'​ journey data, to understand their customers needs and engage them effectively with timely & relevant messages to increase foot-traffic and sales, even when their customers are visiting competitor brands'​ stores. We envision our partners to be data-driven, efficient and personalized in their marketing and store operations to deliver high-quality services to their customers as they come to expect from online channels. We would like to be an integral part of that transformation. The insights we produce are also needed for marketing, operations, merchandising & store location decisions for companies without any mobile app. We provide insights from a pool of anonymized data that enables retail brands and shopping malls to discover customer journey patterns to empower their business results.
