Lumiere Property

Lumière Property uses software to automatically identify suitable development sites. Our suite of algorithms use a range of data from Ordnance Survey maps to environmental data and road networks. We also automatically apply planning regulations to calculate the potential development of every site within any search area. This means that we can quickly identify the most interesting and viable development opportunities over a large area at a low cost. We have built our algorithms on top of a mix of open-source geospatial tooling such as PostGIS and GDAL/OGR. Our algorithms are written in python and run on AWS infrastructure. We use machine learning to tackle some of the more challenging problems, we use Tensorflow and GPUs to build deep neural networks.”
