Locat'me reinvents the principles of real estate leasing by bringing supply and demand closer together through rental affinities such as dating and contact sites (LinkedIn, Meetic ...). The ambition is to uber the real estate market by positioning itself as the first virtual agency and radically simplifying the procedures for renting, for both landlords and tenants. Our desire is to enable them to find housing more simply, quickly and with confidence. The originality of the concept is based on an algorithm, Loc'affinity, which calculates the level of affinity between a tenant and an owner. It allows to connect only tenants and landlords whose respective expectations are compatible, a bit like on a dating site.
