Kurzzeitwohnen (german for ‘short term staying’) is an online agent specialised in marketing furnished apartments for short & medium stays of up to 6 months to business customers. By adding personal and very bespoke service via email and telephone, Kurzzeitwohnen is offering a product which is exactly what a business customer is looking for. Our customer service specialists have outstanding knowledge about the market and are able to give instant and spot on assistance. The company was founded in 2010 by Anselm Ruby, Rafael Walter and Lukas Wieser. Already by 2011 Kurzzeitwohnen was voted into the Top 100 start-ups in Austria. Starting with an offering of 5 apartments in Salzburg the platform is growing rapidly and can offer over 800 apartments by now. Rafael Walter is the single owner of Kurzzeitwohnen GmbH since 2013. In February 2015 Herbert Maier joined the company as Managing Director.
