InfoProp

InfoProp has a crowdsourcing model to collect real estate information from brokerages, agents, investors and appraisers. Our data includes transactional data from residential properties we crowdsource from our users as well as third-party and public data we collect to enrich our databases. We have developed a platform which helps residential brokerages and agents to deliver accurate valuations to their clients and also investors looking for information that will help them make well-informed decisions. We also developed an Automated Valuation Model which serves to indicate which properties in the market are going to sell more rapidly and deserve more marketing investments.
