Our firm is capitalizing on this emerging growth market that has only legally existed since September 23rd, 2013, when the SEC enacted regulations implementing Title II of the JOBS Act. Not only is Hotel Innvestor the only nationwide, hotel-specific investment banking portal, it is the first portal to identify the strength of specialization in a specific commercial real estate property type. This new marketplace will revolutionize how capital is raised for all property types. Our primary focus is select service, extended-stay and premium limited service franchised hotels in the top 25 MSA. In general, we will look to raise equity for hotels with a minimum $75 Revenue per Available Room (RevPar) and will raise capital for debt for properties with a minimum $50 RevPar.
