Today, the letting process at most property companies is a very manual, paper intense and arbitrary process that is also high frequent. In other words; a process that is perfectly suited for autonomy. Our software aims to put the entire rental process on autopilot. Something that reduces the administration by 50-70 % and makes the workflow completely digital and data-driven. For the apartment seeker, the HomeQ marketplace is where you can easily find, apply and sign contracts for available rentals with several real estate companies and also use the same queue points regardless of landlord! No matter where you live, where you want to move or with which landlord you want to live, you only need to register, search and apply at a single place. The goal is to build next generation digital interfaces between real estate companies and humans. The company recently closed its first full fiscal year and has currently launched in 11 cities, has 14,000 members (current growth rate: 1000% per year) and a dozen real estate companies on the customer list. Today, the team consists of five full-time members and is based in Solna, Stockholm.
