Since 2004 we have been providing property management software to landlords and property managers featuring online rent collection, tenant applications, credit reporting, expense tracking, optional credit and debit card processing, and reminders. For our online rent collection we offer one-time payments plus automatic recurring payments to automate the rent collection process. Recurring payments can be set up for any day of the month along with monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, and bi-weekly options. Our one-time payment feature can be utilized to collect other miscellaneous payments, such as Security Deposits, Application Fees, Utility Payments, etc. Our credit reporting feature allows tenants to report their rent payments to TransUnion. This allows them to build their credit history all at no extra cost. We are based in Fort Collins, Colorado with an additional office in Spokane, Washington.
