Our mission is to improve the relationship between humans and technology; utilising our innovative brain-inspired AI to revolutionise the way people interact with technology. We have been selected as one of the Top 14 Startups in Europe by TechCrunch, and the Top 3 TechCrunch Disrupt Alumni in 2016. Our flagship product Olly broke CES Awards history in 2016, picking up awards in 4 separate categories. This was followed by overwhelming success at the 2018 China International Technology Fair, where Olly was awarded as one of the ‘Top 10 Popular Projects’, before securing the overall prize of ‘The Best of 2018 among the 10 most Popular Projects​’. The team behind Olly is made up of world-leading AI-scientists and researchers from the fields of machine learning, speech technology, and computer vision, as well as neuroscientists, psychologists, highly experienced software and hardware engineers, game designers, animation and sound artists and globally integrated marketing specialists. At Emotech, we come from over 20 countries and now work in London, Edinburgh, San Francisco, Taipei, and Shenzhen.
