We are building a new marketplace to make it easier to buy, sell or release value from property. It will feature free online valuations for all residential properties in the UK, and integrated finance and transacting services. Our marketplace will offer a new range of finance and liquidity products enabling anyone to become a property owner with just a small down payment, or release capital online from or rapidly sell a property they already own. We will be trialling our new products on our new liquid marketplace in 2021. We've also created a new digital currency to transform how real estate is developed, owned and sold.
