Deposit Free Renting D-lighted offers a simple alternative to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme’s (TDS) currently operating in the private rented sector. There is £3.2 Billion held in various tenancy deposit schemes. In 97% of cases these tenancy deposits are simply handed back at the end of the tenancy.
