Crowdhouse AG is the undisputed market leader in the Swiss real estate co-ownership segment. Since its launch in 2015, the company has already brokered over 60 properties with a total value of CHF 350 million to private investors, thereby turning them into co-owners of selected Swiss yield properties registered in the land register. The Zurich-based company now employs more than 60 people.
