BN Bolig

BN Bolig is BN Bank's real estate agent, and sells housing, new projects and second homes, in Oslo and Akershus. We have headquarters in Barcode in Oslo, in Queen Eufemia street 42. We are 51 employees (per July 2018). We sold our first homes in May 2017, are in rapid growth and are still hiring new brokers and support staff. In BN Bolig, we mean dedicated real estate agents who do everything they can for the customer, is the key to a successful home sales. Our organization is therefore built up to enable the broker to do the best job for the customers. We also do everything we can to make the buying and selling process as simple and effective for buyer and seller as possible. We use new digital aids throughout the purchase and sales process. All of our solutions are of course made for mobile phones. BN Housing is owned by BN Bank and EiendomsMegler1 Central Norway, which makes BN Bolig a very robust and forward-looking organization, where it is going to be very good both to be a customer. Head of BN Bolig is Kjetil Reinsberg. Real estate broker Lars Knudsen Pedersen is sales manager, while real estate agent John Sivert Brandt is head of new building. Everyone has solid experience from EiendomsMegler1 Midt-Norge, which is one of Norway's foremost real estate companies, with a market share of over 40 per cent in central Norway. BN Bank is one of the growth winners of mortgage lending in Norway in recent years and has the majority of its customers in Oslo and Akershus.
