We solve a simple, but enormously huge pain point for organizations in regulated industries. Namely, any hospital, university, manufacturing facility, etc., that is subject by federal law to regularly inspect life safety and security assets such as fire doors, extinguishers, etc. These inspections are audited regularly, per AHJ's (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) and often affect overall funding, licenses and certificates of occupancy.
