ARIOT is collecting, processing and visualizing building information in order to decrease of time, cost and safety issues in construction and maintenance processes. Information is automatically pushed to the BIM model, 3D scans can be exchanged easily. We are now in an public-funded research project with high-profile experts in BIM, AR software and AR hardware and have access to latest technological advancements. Our focus is on the seamless integration of IoT and BIM data to be visualized in an AR environment for industrial use. The USP is the automatic linking of virtual and physical objects.
