Anyware offers Smarter Living-as-a-Service in value-added bundles to renters and owners of apartments and houses through partnerships with Real Estate owners and Facility Managers. We combine seamless retrofit IoT data collection with Smarter Living services monetization, enabling our partners to gain unique data insights and create new revenue streams. The services are automated routines such as Preventive Burglar Light, Indoor Climate Monitoring and Sensor Alerts, including a sophisticated Fire Alert based on sound classification for smoke alarm sirens, automatic Presence Light, etc. Our technology platform is award-winning and patented, and includes our unique Smart Room solution, the Anyware Smart Adaptor, which is the world’s smallest lamp socket adaptor. It can be seamlessly self-installed in a lamp socket and is equipped with built-in temperature, humidity and a non-invasive sound sensor that reports activity/noise in the room. It also features light dimming, has WiFi and Bluetooth, and connects directly to the internet without a gateway. All data and alerts can be shared with the Real Estate owner and/or Facility Manager via cloud API.
