In 2017 the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) launched a Call for Evidence, seeking the views of industry and the public on how the home buying and selling process could be improved. In 2018, the Government published its consultation response. The Government acknowledged that no one single change which will improve the home-buying process. Instead, a number of smaller, incremental changes taken together will improve the system and make it "quicker, cheaper and less stressful. RelAi provides 'an intelligent real estate marketplace' solution to the issues underlying the home buying/selling process, as identified by the UK Government consultation. In the Call for Evidence, the Government identified 24 key points. RelAi is able to dramatically improve 14 out of 24 points, providing an overall improvement to the buying/selling process by circa 58%. Relai is an 'intelligent' and 'interactive' real estate marketplace platform where customers (property buyers, sellers as well as renovators) will find all qualified real estate professionals such as conveyancers, architects, valuers, surveyors, et al. required for buying/selling/renovating properties. The platform (RelAi) will allow users to complete the entire property transaction through a single interactive, intelligent, customizable workflow tool. RelAi will reduce transaction time and cost and number of failed transactions by bringing in transparency, efficiency and speed without compromising the security. The platform introduces our proprietary tracking tool which allows customers and professionals to monitor the transactions process or renovation project at any time, escalate any issues and take actions.
