Sell2Rent is a marketplace that connects homeowners that want to sell their house to investors who want to acquire properties and rent them out. We will facilitate deals that allow sellers to stay as renters while allowing investors to acquire rental properties where tenants treat the property as if it was their own. S2R will bring to mainstream America what corporate America has had for decades: Lease Backs. We will allow homeowners to unlock equity from their biggest asset- their home, while allowing them to stay- today there is no easy or efficient way for a homeowner to achieve this. There are currently 6 trillion dollars locked in tappable equity in the US residential real estate market. From the buyers perspective, S2R creates a new source of properties for the rapidly growing single-family rental asset class - it’s a more efficient way of purchasing a house (which is already occupied) with better rental economics due to the lower operational cost that is a consequence of renters treating a house as if it was their own
