(Prospective buyers can even submit the price they are willing to pay to temp owners to sell to them sooner). Whilst owners can claim their address for free and track the real-life demand for their property without ever having to put it on the market. Owners then have the option to sell privately for free (to the buyers they have on standby) or instruct a local agent to sell it on their behalf.
