TRB Ventures is a technology company based in Malaysia. The company’s maiden project is MHub: a property technology ecosystem focusing on intelligent solutions to speed up, simplify and save cost in property transactions. MHub’s suite of apps is used by property developers, banks, lawyers, agents and buyers. To date, MHub has captured more than 17,000 bookings. In total, the property platform has RM 73 billion worth of units from more than 470 projects and 70 developers. Late 2014, the 4 co-founders saw a pain point in property transactions. More specifically in the process of loan application. “Could technology help with this process like it has in other industries?” Real estate is the world's largest and most important asset class and yet seemed to be the last to be disrupted by technology. While there weren’t any reference point what this solution would ultimately look like, they decided this was a tremendous opportunity. So they took the leap of faith and pursued this idea wholeheartedly believing that the right timing was right. Now 5 years later, the team has grown to 40 and MHub is listed as the 12 Hottest Fintech Startups in Malaysia.
